Hannu Rajaniemi

Hannu Rajaniemi is a Finnish author and mathematical physicist who combines science fiction with speculative technology to explore themes such as artificial intelligence, consciousness, and future societies. He holds a PhD in Mathematical Physics from the University of Edinburgh and is best known for his 2010 novel The Quantum Thief and The Quantum Thief trilogy. Beyond writing, he is co-founder and CEO of HelixNano, a biotech startup developing advanced mRNA platforms for immune system enhancement.
