Hanna Garth
Hanna Garth is a sociocultural and medical anthropologist and author whose work focuses on food, inequality, and structural violence, especially in marginalized communities. She is an assistant professor of anthropology at Princeton University and has written books including "Food in Cuba: The Pursuit of a Decent Meal" and "Food Justice Undone: Lessons for Building a Better Movement."
