Hamid Krim

Hamid Krim is a Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering at North Carolina State University, Raleigh, where he leads the Vision, Information and Statistical Signal Theories and Applications (VISSTA) group, focusing on statistical data science, machine learning, and mathematical modeling for applied inference problems.[1][3][6] He previously served as a Member of Technical Staff at AT&T Bell Labs, conducting research in telephony and digital communication systems.[1][2] Krim holds a Ph.D. from Northeastern University, Master's from University of Washington, and Bachelor's from University of Southern California and University of Washington in Electrical Engineering.[3]
