Ha-Joon Chang
Ha-Joon Chang is a South Korean economist and academic known for work in institutional economics and development economics. He taught at the University of Cambridge from 1990 to 2022 and later became a professor at SOAS University of London, where he continues his research and writing on development policy and economics.
