H P Biggar

H. P. Biggar, or Henry Percival Biggar, was a Canadian historian and archivist known for his work on early Canadian history and the French exploration of North America. He studied at Upper Canada College, the University of Toronto, and the University of Oxford, and later worked for the Archives Nationales du Canada and as chief archivist of Canada in Europe.[2][5]
