Güler Aras

Güler Aras is a Turkish professor of finance, accounting, and sustainability, serving as Chair of the Finance, Corporate Governance, and Sustainability (CFGS) committee and as an Independent Board Member. She holds a professorship in the Finance department at Yıldız Technical University's Faculty of Economic and Administrative Sciences and is recognized for her expertise in corporate governance, sustainability, and strategic sector studies.
