Guillaume Marois

Guillaume Marois is a distinguished professor at the Asian Demographic Research Institute (ADRI) at Shanghai University under the Human capital and development pillar, and a research scholar at the International Institute for Applied Systems Analysis (IIASA).[1][2][5] He completed his PhD in demography at the National Institute for Scientific Research (Canada) in 2014, following an MSc in demography from the University of Montreal, and conducted postdoctoral research at the University of Montreal's School of Planning and Landscape Architecture from 2014 to 2016.[1][2][3] With over 10 years of experience, he specializes in population projections, microsimulation methods, human capital, labor force participation, immigration, and internal mobility, having developed innovative models for Europe and Canada and published extensively in international journals.[1][2][5]
