Guadalupe Rivera Marin
Guadalupe Rivera Marín (1924–2023) was a Mexican lawyer, politician, and cultural patron who was the daughter of renowned muralist Diego Rivera and writer Guadalupe Marín. She earned a doctorate in law from UNAM, practiced law for decades as a professor, served as a deputy senator and congresswoman in Mexico, and founded the Diego Rivera Foundation in 2000 to preserve her father's artistic legacy. She was also an author of fiction and non-fiction works, including her memoir 'Un río, dos Riveras' (1989).
