Griffin T Garnett

Griffin T. Garnett, also known as Griffin Taylor Garnett, was a New Market Cadet from the Virginia Military Institute's Class of 1867 and served as a Private in Company D. He later became Judge, Commonwealth Attorney for Mathews County for sixteen years, and Superintendent of Schools before accepting another position. Garnett was born on October 2, 1846, in Essex County, Virginia, and died in 1910.
