GREAT SOURCE
Margaret Atieno Ogola was a Kenyan author, pediatrician, and activist best known for her award-winning debut novel, The River and the Source, published in 1994. Her work often highlighted family, women’s lives, and support for people living with HIV/AIDS; she also served as the medical director of Cottolengo Hospice for HIV/AIDS orphans.
