Grant Tapsell

Grant Tapsell is a historian specializing in the political and religious history of the early modern British Isles, with a focus on Restoration Britain (1660-1688), the Church of England, and early Whig and Tory politics following the Exclusion Crisis.[1][2] He studied Modern History at Lady Margaret Hall, Oxford, and has served as Fellow and Tutor in History there since 2011, previously lecturing at the University of St Andrews.[2][3] He is the author of Restoration Politics, Religion and Culture: Britain and Ireland, 1660-1714.[3][4]
