Gottfried Keller
Gottfried Keller (1819–1890) was a Swiss poet and writer of German literature, and one of the major figures of 19th-century literary realism. He is best known for the novel "Green Henry" and the short-story cycle "Seldwyla Folks," and is often associated with Poetic Realism.
