Gordon M. Wardlaw

Gordon M. Wardlaw was a professor of human nutrition at Ohio State University and a prolific author of nutrition textbooks, notably 'Perspectives in Nutrition'. He contributed significantly to the education and research of nutrition science until his passing in 2007.
