Gordon Horobin

Gordon Horobin was a medical sociologist associated with the MRC Medical Sociology Unit in Aberdeen, later serving as its Deputy Director until the unit moved to Glasgow in 1984. He is known as the editor of academic works including "Experience with Abortion: A Case Study of North-East Scotland" (1973) and "Medical Encounters: The Experience of Illness and Treatment."
