Gordon Clarke

Gordon Haddon Clark (1902–1985) was an American philosopher and Calvinist theologian known for his work in presuppositional apologetics and for serving as chairman of the Philosophy Department at Butler University for 28 years. He is also noted for developing a theory of knowledge often called "scripturalism," which held that all truth is propositional and grounded in divine revelation.
