Glyn C. Roberts

Glyn C. Roberts is a Professor Emeritus of Psychology at the Norwegian University of Sport Science, where he retired from his Professorial Chair in 2012.[1] His research has focused on the motivational determinants of achievement, particularly concerning children's motivation in competitive sport experiences.[1] He was a founding figure in sport psychology, helping to establish a formal graduate program at the University of Illinois and serving as Past President of NASPSPA (1981-82) and the European Federation of Sport Psychology (1999-2003).[2][3]
