Germaine M Reed

Germaine M. Reed was an American author and historian specializing in Southern biographies, known for her works on David French Boyd, founder of Louisiana State University, and Charles Holmes Herty, a pioneering chemist.[1][2][3] She resided in Atlanta, Georgia, and contributed to the New Georgia Encyclopedia.[6] Reed passed away peacefully at age 92.[4]
