Geraldine Pratt

Geraldine Pratt (also known as Gerry Pratt), born November 12, 1955, is a Canadian geographer and professor at the University of British Columbia, where she serves as Head of Geography and holds the Canada Research Chair in Care Economies and Global Labour. She is a leading figure in feminist geography, with research focusing on economic geography, labor, global migration, and care economies, and has authored works such as Working Feminism (2004) and Families Apart (2012).
