Gerald P. Delahunty

Gerald P. Delahunty is a Professor of Linguistics in the English Department at Colorado State University. He holds a B.A. with honors in English Language and Literature and an M.A. in Linguistics from University College Dublin, and a Ph.D. in Social Sciences from the University of California, Irvine. He is the co-author of 'The English Language: From Sound to Sense' and teaches courses in phonology, syntax, semantics, sociolinguistics, and Irish literature.
