Georges Simenon

Georges Simenon (1903-1989) was a Belgian writer, one of the most prolific authors of the 20th century, who created the fictional detective Inspector Jules Maigret and published around 400 novels, including 83 Maigret stories and numerous psychological novels, under his name and various pseudonyms.[1][2][3]
