George W. Bruyn

George Willem Bruyn (1928–2002) was a Dutch neurologist renowned for his contributions to neurological eponyms and the history of tropical neurology. He co-authored works such as 'Neurological Eponyms' with Koehler and Pearce, and 'The History of Tropical Neurology: Nutritional Disorders' with Charles M. Poser. Described as seriously intelligent, sharp, critical, fair, and honest, he despised dishonesty and false claims of glory.[1][2][3][4][6]
