George Kurian

George Thomas Kurian (1931- ) is an Indian-born American writer and publisher specializing in reference books. He founded G. Kurian Reference Books in Baldwin Place, NY, and served as its president since 1972, while also directing the United Nations Studies Forum. Kurian authored and edited numerous works, including the Encyclopedia of the Third World, The Illustrated Book of World Rankings, and World Education Encyclopedia, earning citations from the American Library Association.[2]
