Georg Ebers
Georg Moritz Ebers was a German Egyptologist and novelist best known for acquiring and publishing the Ebers Papyrus, one of the oldest and most important ancient Egyptian medical documents. He also wrote historical novels, many set in ancient Egypt, and combined scholarly research with popular storytelling.
