Gennaro M. Tisi

Gennaro M. Tisi was a noted clinical and research specialist in pulmonary medicine and a founding member of the School of Medicine at the University of California, San Diego (UCSD).[1][3] He was recruited to UCSD from a fellowship at the Cardiovascular Research Institute (CVRI) at UCSF, where he developed expertise in pulmonary physiology.[3] His papers from 1964 to 1988 are archived, reflecting his significant contributions to the field.[1]
