Gehan de Silva Wijeyeratne

Gehan de Silva Wijeyeratne is a Sri Lankan naturalist, author, and photographer passionate about wildlife since age three, when he went on his first leopard safari in Yala. He graduated in civil engineering from Imperial College London and qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Deloitte in London, later working in risk management for city institutions. He has authored and photographed over 25 books and more than 400 articles on Sri Lankan biodiversity, travel, and business topics.[1][2][4]
