Gary Rose

Gary L. Rose is a professor of political science and Scholar in Residence at Sacred Heart University, where he has taught for nearly five decades.[1][2] He has authored and edited fourteen books on presidential politics, constitutional law, and Connecticut government, with his latest being *James Madison, Public Servant: A Biography* published by Academica Press.[1][2]
