Gary Gygax

Gary Gygax was an American game designer and author best known as the co-creator of Dungeons & Dragons, the groundbreaking tabletop role-playing game he developed with Dave Arneson. He also wrote fantasy novels and helped shape the modern role-playing game industry through his work with TSR and related projects.
