Garrett Epps
Garrett Epps is an American legal scholar, novelist, and journalist born in 1950 in Richmond, Virginia. He has taught constitutional law at multiple universities including the University of Oregon, University of Baltimore, American University, Boston College, and Duke University, and served as Supreme Court Correspondent for The Atlantic for ten years. He is the author of two novels and several nonfiction works on constitutional law, and currently serves as Legal Affairs Editor of The Washington Monthly.
