Gabrielle Hamilton

Gabrielle Hamilton is an American chef and author, born in 1966 in New Hope, Pennsylvania. She was the chef and owner of the now-closed Prune restaurant in New York City's East Village and wrote the bestselling memoir Blood, Bones & Butter.
