Gabriel Almond

Gabriel Abraham Almond was an American political scientist known for his influential work in comparative politics, political development, and political culture. He taught at institutions including Brooklyn College, Yale, Princeton, and Stanford, and coauthored the landmark study The Civic Culture with Sidney Verba.
