G M Dobrov

Gennady Mikhailovich Dobrov was a Soviet scholar and one of the founders of the study of science in the USSR, as well as the founder of the Ukrainian school of scientometrics and the G. M. Dobrov Center for Scientific and Technological Potential and Science History Studies. He authored about 600 scientific works, including monographs, and was recognized as a corresponding member of the Academy of Sciences of the Ukrainian SSR.[2][3]
