Frederick S. Plotkin

Frederick S. Plotkin, known as Fred Plotkin, is an American author, lecturer, and food critic who has also worked in opera and classical music media. He is the author of books such as *Opera 101* and has served as an opera correspondent for WQXR Radio and in roles with the New York Metropolitan Opera and La Scala.[1][2]
