Fred C. Trump

Fred C. Trump was a prominent American real estate developer born in 1905 in the Bronx, New York, who began building houses at age 17 and grew the family business into a major empire managing over 27,000 apartments in New York City.[1][3][4] Partnering with his mother, he founded Elizabeth Trump & Son in 1927, pioneered supermarkets during the Great Depression, and constructed housing for the U.S. Navy during World War II.[3][4] Father of Donald Trump, he shaped Brooklyn and Queens with middle-class brick rental towers over a 70-year career.[1][4]
