Frank Schmidt
Frank L. Schmidt was an American psychology professor and researcher at the University of Iowa, known for influential work in personnel selection and employment testing. He was a professor emeritus in the Tippie College of Business and remained one of the university’s most cited researchers.[1][3][4]
