Frank J Burgoyne

Frank J. Burgoyne (Francis James Burgoyne) was a British librarian and author who served as the Chief Librarian of Lambeth from 1887 until his death in 1913. He was known for his authoritative works on public library administration and his contributions to Baconian literature, helping to make the Lambeth Libraries the best-equipped institutions of their kind in the Metropolis.
