Frank G. Bowe

Frank G. Bowe (1947–2007) was an American disability rights activist, educator, and author known for his influential writing on the lives and rights of people with disabilities. He was the founding executive director of the American Coalition of Citizens with Disabilities and later taught at Hofstra University, where he held a distinguished professorship in disability studies.
