Frank F. Rosenblatt

Frank F. Rosenblatt was an American psychologist and computer scientist known for pioneering artificial neural networks and developing the perceptron, an early model for machine learning and pattern recognition. He is often called a father of deep learning because his work helped lay the foundation for modern AI research.[2][14]
