Frank Caplan

Frank Caplan was an American educator, youth worker, and pioneer in educational toys and early childhood development. He co-founded Creative Playthings with his wife Theresa in 1945 and later helped establish the Princeton Center for Infancy and Early Childhood, while also coauthoring influential books on child development.
