Frank Ayres
Frank Ayres (1901–1994) was an American mathematician and educator known for his influential textbooks, including those in the Schaum's Outline series. He served as chairman of the mathematics department at Dickinson College from 1938 until his retirement in 1958 and authored seven textbooks, one of which was adopted by the U.S. Air Corps.
