Françoise Pommaret

Françoise Pommaret is a French ethno-historian, Tibetologist, and cultural anthropologist born in 1954. She has worked on Bhutan-related research, teaching, and cultural projects since 1981 and has held research positions with CNRS; she was also honored with the Légion d'Honneur in 2015 for her contribution to Bhutan-France relations.
