Francisco Bulnes

Francisco Bulnes (1847–1924) was a Mexican civil and mining engineer, journalist, historian, and political writer who became a prominent member of the Científicos group supporting Porfirio Díaz's authoritarian presidency. He was known for his polemical works attacking Benito Juárez and the liberal tradition, and he remained a critic of the Mexican Revolution.
