Fernanda Nicola

Fernanda G. Nicola is a Professor of Law at American University's Washington College of Law, where she serves as Director of the Program on International Organizations Law and Development.[1] Her research and teaching interests include European Union Law, Constitutional Law, Comparative Law, and Local Government Law; she holds a Ph.D. from Trento University, an S.J.D. from Harvard Law School, and other degrees from the University of Turin.[1] She has co-authored works such as 'Comparative Law. Introduction to a Critical Practice' (2024) with Günter Frankenberg and co-edited volumes on the Court of Justice of the European Union.[1]
