Ferenc Mate
Ferenc Máté is a Hungarian-born Canadian author, photographer, and former editor known for memoirs and books about Tuscany, wine, sailing, and travel. Born in 1945 in Hungarian Transylvania, he escaped Hungary as a child after the 1956 revolution and later built an international writing career.
