Fenella J. Miller is a bestselling historical fiction author born on the Isle of Man to a Yorkshire father and a mother of Anglo-Indian descent, with over 100 novels published including World War II family sagas, Regency romances, and Jane Austen-inspired variations.[1][2] She has held diverse jobs such as nanny, teacher, chef, and hotelier before becoming a full-time writer, and now lives in a village in Essex with her British Shorthair cat.[1][2][7]
