Ezra; Michael John King (editor); Louis L. Martz (introdcution) Pound
Ezra Pound (1885–1972) was an American poet, critic, and major figure in early modernist literature. He helped shape modernism by championing Imagism and supporting writers such as T. S. Eliot and James Joyce, but his later association with Fascist Italy and wartime propaganda severely damaged his reputation. His best-known work is the long poem The Cantos.
