Evelyn Loeb

Evelyn Loeb Beilenson was the former publisher of Peter Pauper Press and the daughter of Morris and Johanna Loeb. Born in Paris just before World War II, she emigrated with her family to New York City in 1941 and later authored or compiled more than 60 books, including cooking, humor, and children's titles.
