Erwin Chemerinsky
Erwin Chemerinsky is a renowned American legal scholar and author, widely recognized as one of the foremost experts in U.S. constitutional law and federal civil procedure. He has served as the 13th Dean of the UC Berkeley School of Law since 2017 and previously as the founding Dean of the UC Irvine School of Law, while also arguing numerous appellate cases including before the U.S. Supreme Court.
