Errol Cocks
Emeritus Professor Errol Cocks is a Professor of Disability Research at Curtin University with an esteemed career spanning 50 years, providing visionary services and innovative leadership in disability theory, research, and service development to promote citizenship and inclusion for people with disabilities.[1][2][4] He has served as Director of government disability services, Research Professor in the Centre for Research into Disability and Society at the School of Occupational Therapy and Social Work, and edited works on the social construction of intellectual disability in Western Australia.[3][5][7] Cocks has worked across Australia and internationally, contributing to improvements in the lives of people with disabilities.[1]
