Eric T. Kasper

Eric T. Kasper is a professor of political science and the director of the Center for Constitutional Studies at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire. He is the author or co-author of several books on constitutional law, including works on the First Amendment, the Second Amendment, and the philosophical influences on the U.S. Constitution.
