Eric Chevillard

Éric Chevillard is a French novelist born in 1964 in La Roche-sur-Yon, Vendée. Known for his experimental and postmodern approach to narrative, he has published numerous novels with Les Éditions de Minuit since 1987, winning the Fénéon Prize for Literature for *La nébuleuse du crabe* in 1993. His work is characterized by playful deconstruction of narrative conventions and is associated with contemporary French experimental literature.
